2024 Ethical Duty of Technology Competence & Reasonable Security Webinar

Join us for an insightful webinar that explores the benefits and risks of technology and the ethical duty of technology competence. Designed for in-house and outside counsel alike, the 3-hour program will be split into two discussions featuring a panel of Michael Best lawyers who will describe how to fulfill the duty of technology competence in the ever-changing, technology-driven world. Section One will be eligible for up to 2 hours of CLE, Section Two will be eligible for 1 hour of ethics credit.

Section Two: 1:00 PM-2:00 PM – Eligible for 1 hour of Ethics Credit

Michael Best attorneys Courtney Tedrowe and Ed Sarskas will explore the key ethical considerations for in-house lawyers related to interviews, including UpJohn warnings and related ethical concerns, as well as internal investigations.
