Steven J. Joffee

Joffee, in addition to his role as Utah Offices Managing Partner, serves as a trusted advisor and lead litigation counsel to many top national and international companies. He is a skilled and experienced trial and appellate litigator who has consistently prevailed in high-stakes and complex disputes in courts throughout the country. His clients include technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, communications, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and state and federally regulated companies, as well as developers, property owners, and others. 

Evan S. Strassberg

With nearly 25 years of professional experience, Strassberg is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney He represents institutional and individual clients in high-stakes and often complex litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Strassberg has represented clients in courts all over the country and is an actively licensed member of the Utah and California bars. He has handled a wide variety of matters but has expertise in claims involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of state and federal securities laws.

Betsy T. Voter

Voter focuses her practice on financial services, securities law, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in advising on compliance with federal and state securities laws and their impact on broker-dealers, investment advisers, and public companies. She regularly helps design compliance policies and written supervisory procedures, and advises on corporate governance. Voter also assists with inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions related to the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state securities divisions.
