Chelsea started at Michael Best as a summer associate. While in law school, she gained valuable experience as a Student Attorney for the Economic Justice Center at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she advocated for clients before immigration judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Prior to law school, Chelsea spent two years in the Peace Corps as an English Education Volunteer in Volintiri, Moldova.
