Before joining Michael Best, Chris was an attorney with health tech law firm Trifecta General Counsel where he assisted clients with a range of contractual matters, from routine to complex. He was previously Associate General Counsel with Optum, a health tech, direct health, and pharmacy services provider. Earlier Chris was in-house counsel for Minnesota-based healthcare provider Fairview Health Services. Chris’ in-house experience has given him a unique perspective on the challenges his clients face, making him an insightful problem-solver.
Before pursuing a career in law, Chris was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving for four years.
