David routinely represents clients in a range of complex commercial litigation disputes across many subject matters, including construction litigation. He has experience with a variety of legal issues, such as breach of contract, negligence, fraud, defamation, bankruptcy, wrongful termination, and breach of fiduciary duty.
David has developed experience in regulatory proceedings, including administrative agency contested cases, largely in the renewable energy context. In addition, David has specialized experience analyzing contracts for the development of renewable energy sources.
Prior to joining Michael Best, David was a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney where he provided litigation support services including research, analysis, and drafting. He was also a judicial extern for Chief Federal District Judge Laurie Smith Camp in the District of Nebraska.
