Prior to her legal career, Elaina found a passion for entrepreneurial energy in the Clifton Builders program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As a Clifton Builder, she was certified as a Gallup Consultant in employee engagement. Consulting with local startups was one of the most impactful elements of the program – it not only provided her with firsthand insights into the challenges entrepreneurs face during their early stages, but it allowed her the opportunity to develop strategic solutions with entrepreneurs to overcome their obstacles.
