Jason is a senior paralegal in the Real Estate and Corporate & Transactional Practice Groups in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
He has extensive experience drafting a variety of real estate documents, performing due diligence, and training associates and secretaries on the inner workings of real estate transactions and document drafting. He works with attorneys on a variety of matters, ranging from residential and commercial acquisitions and sales to multimillion dollar loan modifications. Jason also conducts research and facilitates closings with clients, title companies, real estate agents, and opposing counsel.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Jason was a paralegal with two law firms based in Milwaukee. He also gained experience as a closing officer working within the title industry.
