Kirpal brings a broad background in recruitment, staff management, and legal research to his role as an advisor to the managing partner and practice group chairs at Michael Best. He works with these attorneys and Michael Best’s marketing and business development professionals to develop the firm’s offices in Denver, Austin and Raleigh.
Kirpal began his career as an attorney and has extensive experience collaborating with professionals at many levels throughout the legal industry. He previously developed and implemented political and electoral strategies, oversaw staff training and management, and coordinated activities for several Colorado-based political organizations.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Kirpal served as the director of legislative services for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. In that role, he worked with lobbyists and members of the organization’s legislative committee on issues before the Colorado General Assembly. He also coordinated and facilitated meetings of the organization’s litigation and amicus committees, recruited members, and managed fundraising efforts.
