Rick Langer is a partner concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trusts, and marital property. He is a contributing author and co‑author of several books, including Workbook for Wisconsin Estate Planners, and is a contributing author and co‑author of several publications. In addition to his private practice, Rick has extensive teaching experience as a lecturer to the University of Wisconsin Law School and various bar organizations in estate planning topics, including Marital Property Reform.

Honors & Recognitions

Rick has been distinguished in the area of trusts and estates law for over 10 years by The Best Lawyers in America©. He also was recognized in the area of trusts, estates and probate law as a “Top Lawyer” in 2009 by Madison Magazine, and Rick is selected to Estate Planning & Probate, Estate & Trust Litigation, Super Lawyers®, 2005-2017. He is listed in Who’s Who In American Law. In 2002, he received the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Outstanding Volunteer Fund Raiser Award.
