Seamus assists companies with all aspects of U.S. business immigration. Seamus is substantially experienced in the preparation of PERM applications and petitions for U.S. non-immigrant visas (L-1A, L-1B, TN, E-2, B-1, and H-1B), including particularly complex cases. He is also well-versed in the preparation of applications for U.S. immigration benefits, such as I-140 immigrant petitions (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3), adjustment of status, naturalization, and green card renewal. Seamus is well positioned to work directly with firm clients to assess immigration options, develop case strategy, and drive all necessary steps from preliminary inquiry to post-adjudication support.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Seamus was a Lead Paralegal at ManpowerGroup US, Inc. where he supervised the in-house immigration department’s day-to-day operations, assigned cases to paralegals, and managed the development of departmental procedures by refining templates and processes to standardize responsibilities and increase efficiency. He previously worked as an Immigration Paralegal for a Milwaukee-area law firm.
