In his role as the firm’s Director of Business Intelligence and Strategic Growth, Warren focuses on building innovative strategic initiatives that propel the firm forward in the ever-changing landscape of the legal industry. He takes a forward-looking approach to optimizing and synthesizing the firm’s financial data, technology products, and strategic priorities to inform business strategy and enhance the firm’s visibility and market position.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Warren worked at an AmLaw 200 firm as the Head of Strategy, Product, and Business Intelligence, where he gained experience spearheading tech-driven, data-centric revenue generation endeavors. His more than a decade of experience in the legal field gives him a keen insight into the industry’s evolution in outside counsel partnership and purchasing behavior.
