This half-day seminar will begin with our Annual Year in Review. Workplace Policies & Practices Track: Hot Topics in Employment Law in 2023

Employment law and trends continues to evolve. In this presentation, attorneys Amy Bruchs and Holly Courtney will cover hot topics in employment law for 2023 and beyond. We will discuss the future of restrictive covenants in light of the FTC proposed rule banning non-compete and additional state law restrictions; the changing legal landscape concerning arbitration in employment; challenges and best practices in managing remote workforces; and a discussion of EEOC trends.
