Rose brings the strategic insights and perspective gained from her experience as a certified public accountant and registered tax return preparer to her focus on estate planning matters. Her focus includes: estate and trust administration; preparation of fiduciary, individual, death, partnership, private foundations and gift tax returns; and financial analysis and tax planning.

Bobbi is an intellectual property administrator in Michael Best’s IP Practice Group. She handles all aspects of managing patent maintenance and annuity fees for numerous clients. She works closely with clients to ensure timely payment of renewal fees for both foreign and domestic cases.

Peter counsels businesses and organizations on dispute resolution and litigation matters, as well as litigation avoidance strategies.

Ed serves as a trusted advisor and counselor to business clients on a wide range of matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, advertising, unfair competition, contracts and corporate strategy.  He helps clients develop strategies to obtain, protect, exploit, and enforce their intellectual property rights and protect against allegations of infringement.  He also advises clients on issues related to software, technology, privacy and cyber security. 

Nick focuses his patent procurement and portfolio management practice on mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies.
