Michael Best is pleased to announce that Partner Jorge Leon has been elected to Chair the Field Museum’s Retirement & Benefits Committee. The Board of Trustees also elected Leon to serve on the Field Museum’s Executive Committee. Both appointments are for two-year terms.
In addition to these new assignments, Leon will maintain his board roles on the Museum’s Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion (DEAI) Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Since its inception in 1894, the Field Museum is a historic Chicago landmark that lives out its mission of connecting the natural world and the human story. As the Chair of the Retirement & Benefits Committee, Leon will be able to leverage his professional experience to help advance the Museum’s mission through its benefit structures and offerings.
