NewsMichael Best represented CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS), a leading designer and manufacturer of sensors, actuators, and electronic components, in its acquisition of SyQwest LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of a broad set of sonar and acoustic sensing solutions primarily for naval applications. The acquisition enhances CTS’s scale in underwater acoustic applications in the defense end market.
