Annie represents corporate clients in complex commercial litigation disputes, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory proceedings. She also counsels corporations and individuals in connection with internal investigations.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Annie served as an associate at a global law firm, where she contributed to cases including Section 1983 claims, tax policy analysis, breach of contract disputes, and ERISA litigation. Her passion for advocacy led her to serve as a PILI Fellow at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, where she represented clients in divorce proceedings and custody cases.
Annie also gained invaluable experience as a Law Clerk at The City of Chicago Law Department, where she drafted ordinances and resolutions for City Council and provided crucial advice to city departments. Additionally, Annie maintains an active pro bono practice.
