Overview

Danial is an Associate in Michael Best’s Corporate group, where he assists clients with a wide range of business and transactional matters.

While pursuing his J.D., he spent two summers as a Summer Associate with Michael Best. Prior to attending law school, Danial served as a business and client intake specialist at the firm, where he managed the onboarding of multiple attorney groups and their clients across various offices. Before that, he worked as a litigation paralegal at an AmLaw100 firm. Danial also gained valuable experience as a clerk for a large academic healthcare system in New Jersey, providing clerical support in the Intensive Care Unit of a Level 1 trauma center.

In law school, Danial took on leadership roles, serving on the executive board of the Student Bar Association. He competed as a semi-finalist in a moot court competition and was a Student Associate for the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he helped businesses and entrepreneurs grow their companies by drafting formation documents, privacy policies, terms of service agreements, and a variety of contracts.

Danial also represented his law school in Hong Kong, competing in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where his team finished in the top 35. Additionally, he interned for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, assisting with legal research, drafting bench memorandums, and attending oral arguments.
