As the Senior Director of Client Value, Jill leads the firm’s client-relationship management initiatives in coordination with the Chief Growth Officer. Jill approaches client value initiatives with a focus on supporting and improving the delivery of legal services and enhancing the overall value and standard of service clients receive.
Jill oversees and coordinates with a team of professionals from several different administrative departments who are focused on delivering practical, value-based pricing, matter management, process improvement, knowledge management, and innovation strategies and solutions designed to meet client needs.
With a client-first approach, and over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Jill has proven success in tracking and driving the firm’s revenue with superb organization skills and in-depth research. She also works closely with firm leadership on growth initiatives both geographically and by practice and industry areas.
