With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Jack regularly represents buyers, sellers, lessees, lessors, financial institutions, and developers in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. Jack’s diverse experience – as in-house counsel, outside counsel, and as a business owner – positions him well to understand the nuances involved in closing transactions efficiently, effectively, and on time.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Jack was general counsel for an industry-leading professional services firm focused on land development projects, providing engineering, nondestructive testing, and analysis of critical structures and facilities throughout the United States. Prior to this, Jack worked in the Raleigh office of an international law firm and ran his own law firm.
Outside of the practice of law, Jack spent years as a successful entrepreneur in the Research Triangle of North Carolina.
