With a long list of impressive victories, Joe is skilled in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motions practice, trial, and post-trial issues.
Joe is no stranger to the courtroom, having tried cases all over the United States, with experience trying jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. He has significant experience across an array of commercial litigation including considerable experience with both intellectual property and business tort disputes, as well as financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, and corporate governance disputes.
