Kurt advises and defends clients in matters regarding employment, workplace safety (OSHA), wage and hour disputes, labor disputes, construction litigation, and contractual matters.
In addition, Kurt regularly assists clients on all aspects of traditional labor-management relations, including unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, arbitration, and union organizing campaigns.
