Liana represents emerging and venture backed companies, as well as investors, on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining Michael Best, Liana was an associate attorney at a venture and corporate law firm, where she assisted clients with funding, corporate governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and licensing and commercial agreements.
While pursuing her law degree at Loyola Law School, Liana completed the corporate concentration, competed as a finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Team competition, and was a member of the Business Law Fellows Program. She was also published in the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and held leadership roles with the Armenian Law Students’ Association and St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.
