Tom brings a wealth of experience to Michael Best, drawing from a diverse professional background supporting an array of transactional matters in various industries.
Before joining the firm, Tom was an attorney with health tech law firm Trifecta General Counsel. He previously served at Fairview Health Services where he was instrumental in negotiating a wide range of critical agreements, including information technology contracts, professional services agreements, business associate agreements and statements of work.
Prior to working for Fairview, Tom gained valuable experience at a general practice firm. In addition to his professional experience, Tom has served as a member of the United States Army Reserves since 2013.
