Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience to her work as a paralegal. She provides assistance with a full array of matters, including preparing and filing corporate documents, managing transaction closings, and assisting with incorporations, financings, conversions, mergers, and acquisitions. Jennifer also conducts research, onboards new clients, and prepares initial drafts of documents. She previously worked as a paralegal for a start-up focused law firm. Earlier, she spent several years as a legal assistant for an AmLaw 100 firm.
